Dear colleagues, students&nbsp; and parents ,
Welcome to the Department of Geography at Sudhiranjan Lahiri&nbsp; Mahavidyalaya&nbsp;
The Department of Geography&nbsp; strives to disseminate geographical knowledge through mentorship to undergraduate students.&nbsp; Currently it has five faculty members.&nbsp; Our highly sincere faculty members are committed to enhancing the subjective knowledge and employability of students.&nbsp; We believe in academic excellence through outcome based teaching learning.&nbsp;
The department has all the latest equipment with proper laboratory for practical exercises.&nbsp; This Department has regularly organized several field trips and excursions every year. Students are also encouraged to participate in seminars.
I am pleased to share the achievement of our alumni in their respective fields and look forward confidently to producing the brightest minds in the coming days. This website provides an overview of the academic Programe, profiles of faculty members and details of student activities.
